Customer Service
Delivery - We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours
of payment being received.
However, as all of our products are hand-made by us, if any items
are out of stock we will notify you accordingly.
All orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery
at £3.95.
If you need an order urgently, please get in touch.
Highlands & Islands of Scotland and all overseas orders will
be sent at cost - please contact for details.
Refund and Return - If you are not entirely satisfied with
your goods, please return them for a full refund.
Due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned
earrings, unless faulty.
In accordance with the distance selling regulations, purchasers
are entitled to a "cooling off" period of seven days
after receiving the goods to return them for a full refund.
Please notify us by e-mail within seven days of receipt of your
order if goods are being returned.
Cancellation Policy - In accordance with distance selling
regulations, purchasers are entitled to cancel orders.
If cancelling an order, please notify us by e-mail within seven
days of receiving your goods.
Privacy Policy - We do not share any information with third
parties. We do not use cookies on our website.
All our on-line payments are processed by PayPal, who deal with
all relevant financial information.
