Delivery - We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours
of payment being received.
However, as all of our products are hand-made by us, if any items
are out of stock we will notify you accordingly.
All orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery.
Overseas orders will be sent at cost - please contact for details.
Refund and Return - If you are not entirely satisfied with
your goods, please return them for a full refund.
Due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned
earrings, unless faulty.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, purchasers
are entitled to a "cooling off" period of seven days
after receiving the goods to return them for a full refund.
Please notify us by e-mail within seven days of receipt of your
order if goods are being returned.
Cancellation Policy - In accordance with the Distance Selling
Regulations, purchasers are entitled to cancel orders.
If cancelling an order, please notify us by e-mail within seven
days of receiving your goods.
All our on-line payments are processed by PayPal, who deal with
all relevant financial information.
